802.11a/n; High latency when Channel Bonding is turned on

Settings

AP - WPA2 AES eap-fast 5.0GHz/54Mb Bonded Channels

Client - WPA2 AES eap-fast 5.0GHz/54Mb Bonded Channels

Problem:

Getting High Latency when Bonding Channels as well as packet loss.

When unbonding the channels the Latency and Packet loss is minimal.

Ping times: Bonded Channels

Minimum 1ms / Maximum 2765ms / Average 189ms

Packets lost out of 1000 = 509

Ping Times: Unbonded Channels

Minimum 1ms / Maximum 115ms / Average 3ms

Packet's lost out of 1000 = 3

Why do we care? I want to use Bonded Channels to increase throughput.

These Clients are viewing large image files and they need to load quickly.

From the main page, if you click on "Clients" and the client's MAC address, what is the Signal Strength and the Noise level?

is this what you're asking for? Also the AP is located within 30 feet away at the most.

Client RSSI is -81dB

Client SNR is 17

i've opened a TAC case. I'm about to deploy 140 devices and I need this working
ASAP. So in the interest of time... I'll post the results of our disgnostics with TAC once this

You got this right Michael and the result is not good.  -81dBm Signal Strength and 17 SNR is not a good sign.  It sounds like the client is too far away from the AP or there could be obstacles blocking between the AP and the client.  A good Signal Strength is -65 dBm or lower is better and 25 dBm or higher is better for the SNR.  I could be wrong.
