Hi,

I am having problems using 802.11g client adapter on a windows 2000 enviroment it has to do with when domain authentication occurs in the startup

The main problem is:

Its almost like the Cisco utility isnt running as a service and/or the card isnt initializing on boot like the older 802.11b only cards did

Does anyone have a fix for that or a workaround?

I am having problems with these new cards too. The TAC says its this bug CSCee01822 and that a new client is due the second week in May. We'll see if that really fixes it.

Cisco has sent me the new driver that fixes this problem and now its working properly.

Was the driver they sent you a beta version?

Is there any chance you can send me the driver?
