881W not giving DHCP address to vlan 2 wireless

Hi I have a cisco 881w with the following config on the wireless and wired, I can get a dhcp address on the wire on vlan 1 and get out but the vlan 2 should be handing out 172.16.31.x addresses to the wireless and is not any help would be great

ROUTER/WIRED CONFIG is attached

and WIRELESS/AP config is attached

under the dhcp exclusions, remove the

ip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.31.0

it should read ip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.31.1.  You shouldn't need to exclude theip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.31.255 as this is the broadcast adn shodln't be given out.
