Hello everyone!
Just bought the CP-8861-3PCC-K9 model, setting it up with RingCentral, phone gets provisioned and it comes online everything looks good, however usually online Line 1 and Line 2 are active, right now it forces all 10 Lines to be active, see attached screenshot.
When we log into the phone via web browser we are able to disable the lines, however upon reboot the 10 lines become active again, anyone know why this is happening, latest FW is also applied?
We called RingCentral and their support says there is nothing they do to activate the lines
