HI Everyone,

Kindly advise how to resolve the issues being faced while setting up EWC for 9115

I managed to setup the GUI through CLI as in below attachemnt.

But I am not able to broadcast new wlan ssid created and also the 4 APs are failing to upgrade because of error

FAILED: install_add : Default profile addition failed due to no response from wireless side

Kindly advise the resolution and best practices.

 - Could be  that an (client) AP is corrupt , try to let 1-AP join , if problem persists use another (to find corrupt AP)

So ...
Your EWC is currently running 16.12.4a and you want to upgrade it?
What version are you trying to upgrade to?
Are all the APs the same model?
Have you checked the log (show log) for specific errors to tell you why the upgrade failed at that point?

That said I had a similar problem (though not identical) trying to upgrade a 9120 from 17.9.1 to 17.9.2 recently.  It kept running out of space on bootflash: while trying to download/install the image (similar to the problems with Mobility Express upgrades).  I struggled for hours.  In the end I re-flashed the AP using the Manufacture Image as per Repair C9120/C9115 Access Points from U-boot - Cisco and then upgraded from there.  So if all else fails try that.  Make sure you have a backup of your config before doing that of course.

That error message means your TFTP server is not responding, or the files to perform the upgrade are not there.

Please check output from "show run | sec wireless profile image-download default" and check IP address there.
