9120 EWC MAC address is not learning on vrrp config 9300 switch.

our setup is running 9300 Essential switch on different place and all the vrrp is configured for both switches. When we connect the 9120 AXI EWC to the switch only WAP MAC is learning and not EWC virtual MAC. When we analyze the issue vrrp virtual address and EWC MAC address both are same. For testing purpose, we have removed the vrrp config on gateway VLAN then MAC (0000.5e00.0101) started learning. kindly provide the solution for this issue.

I think what you mean is that the EWC VRRP and the switch VRRP are conflicting?

If so - then you should configure a different VRRP group number on the switch and use VRRP authentication.  Then there will be zero chance of the 2 conflicting with each other.

- Note that the VRRP mechanism is a property of the EWC-AP based platform and does not need extra configuration(s) on switches, you may want to remove that  and test native VRRP by taking an EWC-AP offline ,

Thank you very much.

After we changed the vrrp group number, it's get resolved.
