9130 ap no client connectivity

Hello,

wlc version:17.12.4, apmode:9130/Ap mode :flex.

the issue is ap will be assocaited to the wlc there wont be any flap , and the ap led status is stable blue and none of the clients around the Ap not able to connect.

Post a reload the Ap will accept the clients.

Are the switch connected to the APs Cisco?  If they are, what is the exact model?

yes AP are connected to cisco switches.

 When you say "post reload" do you mean you need to execute this repeatedly?  Or that happened once? 

Did you check if the SSID is advertised at leat during the failure?

Post reloading the cisco access points  , it will start accepting the clients.

Not very often, but once in a week like that.
