Hi guys,
We have a customer with 2600, 2700, 2800 APs and we're migrating a customer to 9115, 9120 and 9130.
They have a pair of 5520 running 8.10.142
The customer's switch ports are configured with dot1x and mab authentication. The ports are configured so if a equipment connects to the switch port, the network will first try a authenticate it with dot1x but if that fails, it will try MAB.
All the APs are ok with this except the 9130. The 9130 seems to reset the wired interface before attempting the MAB authentication.
Anyone else with this issue?
Does anyone knows if the 9130 requires more than

Should not be any different with the other 91x0 access points. Just open a TAC case, as that would be faster, in case its a bug. I'm assuming that if you connect a 9115/9120 to a port that a 9130 was connected to, it works.

Hi there,
It looks that I am running into the same issue. 9130's have to register eWLC on 9300 (17.3.4 or 17.3.3) but wired0 seems to drop before the MAB authentication passed.
Did you receive any response from the TAC ? Did you solve your issue (without using Authentication open) ?
