9800 after flexconnect config, one of the SSID disappear

i have follow the CISCO config example.

one of the WLAN need to use Flex Connect setting.

once i disable the Central switching on the policy profile, the WLAN will disappear

Other WLAN still using the Central switching is working find.

any idea? i should open a support case?

 - Check the controller logs , just after this is done , see if there is any additional info.

Well, if you followed the guide, you should of had created a new Policy Profile and Policy Tag, then the AP would be tagged with those two along with the Site Tag.
