9800-CL HA Pair keeps rebooting everyday

I have 9800-CL HA pair running on ESXi environment. For some reason both 9800-CL controllers are automatically rebooted everyday with 4 minutes of uptime difference. I am not sure what is causing this issue ? Could this be caused by Redundancy port ( RMI ) or something else missing in the WLC configuration ?

 -  Note that the bootflash will then normally contain  a file called reload_info which list a (the) reload reason , as can also be seen with the output from the show version command or as such use the command : more bootflash:reload_info ,

-sho chassis ha-status active
- sho chassis rmi
- sh redundancy and a  sho version

                    show redundancy switchover history

Thanks for help. Issue sorted by increasing the Keep alive timer 6. ( default was 1 ) .
