Access Controller Synchronization issue

In cases when primary and secondary controller is connected as HA. If secondary controller goes down for 10-15 min should I have to manually trigger synchronization form primary controller if secondary become up after 15 min. Please help me on this issue. And also if possible provide any document. Is there any dead time from primary controller?

You should not need to do any manual synchronization.

As long as redundancy status is good, it should sync with primary. What's the output of "show redundancy summary" output looks like.
