Access point 1252AG cannot join the wireless lan controller 2125

i configured the wireless LAN controller with basic configuration in the configurtion guide but the access point 1252AG did not join the controller 2125

i attached the configuration on the WLC

Have you tried to put the AP on the same subnet as the management and ap-managers.  This is one of the easiest ways to make sure the ap joins the wlc.  If the ap still doesn't join, then console into the ap and log the join proccess and post it.

What is your firmware?

Can you provide logs on the WLC and the 1250?

Can you the AP ping the Management IP Address of the WLC?  If yes, console into the AP and in enable mode enter the command "config lwapp ap controller ".  If no, then why not?
