Access Point AIR-AP3802E-S-K9 does not have 5GHz radio

Hi all,

I bought AP 3800 -S and I am in Viet Nam, so as I know, I bought the correct model for reg domain. But 802.11ac : not supported. Please advise.

What Regulatory Domain is enabled on the WLC?

Brunei, HongKong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam are enabled on the WLC. I am trying to add all country which support -S Access Point

Too many conflicting Regulatory Domain codes. The only thing "common" about the regulation from those countries is the 2.4 Ghz. This is why 2.4 Ghz works.
5.0 Ghz won't work because there are conflicting regulation.
Either get a new controller or convert one of the APs to Mobility Express.

Console into the ap and verify that the radio doe not show any errors, or you see any errors.
