Access point compatibility with Cisco WLC 5520

Hi,

I have 5520 WLC running on 8.5 version. I need to add few C9120AXE series APs to it for which i will upgrade the WLC for 8.10.

Also i need to add C9124AXI-ROW model APs as the country is china. 

My question is weather this WLC model 5520 with version 8.10 will support  C9124AXI-ROW model AP? I know as per the compatibility matrix, 9k series AP will be supported with 8.10 version, but  am concerned about the regulatory domain.

It is looking like the 5520 can not run it. Here is the snipit from the product page.

9124 is only supported in the 9800.  

Regardless of the account size, there is no desire to support 9124 in AireOS.
