Re: Access Point reloads with reason Image upgrade.

I have seen on few Access Points that the AP reloads with reason: Image upgrade. Post checking the logs in Prime I can the below message in event log :

"'802.11a/n/ac' interface of AP ' TEST-AP12'
associated to controller 'TEST-S8-WLC1
(10.128.50.41)' is down. Reason: Radio reset
due to (10) Radio interface reset"

Kindly let me know what could the possible reason behind it as I didn't made any changes or performed an image upgrade.

Setup: 5520 WLC, AP C2700 Software (AP3G2-K9W8-M), Version 15.3(3)JK5, RELEASE S OFTWARE (fc2)

JK5 is 8.10MR5, is this correct?

On the affected AP, post the complete output to the command "dir".

And post the complete log from the AP. Where do you see this "AP reloads with reason: Image upgrade"?
Highly recommend upgrading to a TAC recommended release as per the link below - currently 8.10.185.0.

I have the same problem with multiple AP's connected with different controllers, even with AirOS and IOS controller. Not with specific AP model
