Access point restart with "Reason not known"

Hi,

I have an issue of AP restart with the reason not known.

I have check the log from the switch and only link up and down happened at the time. Trying to find more information of the reason but didn't have much. Anyone ever found this?

I would have to say the AP lost power.  

Yes it looks that way.  Sometimes event.log will tell you something useful but that one has been there since the software was installed.  Any controlled reload will write the event.log before it restarts.

So like Leo says could be power otherwise the hardware may be starting to fail and intermittently doing a hard reset.

15.3(3)JK6 = 8.10.162.0.  If you want to eliminate possible bugs that have been fixed since then suggest to upgrade to 8.10.185.0.
