ACS Security

I would like to make our wireless network more secure but without using Certificates or PKI.

I would like to get an ACS for authentication. Can this work with Netware 6 for username/passwords?

What would be recommended for encryption? Can we just do WEP and enable MIC and per packet keying?

The strength of the encryption mechanism required for your wireless traffic depends on the level of traffic your network will generate. If its very less you can use WEP with static Key itself. Incase you have more data passing through your network then you can very well go for WEP with dynamc keys.
