ACS with AD

I have integrated my ACS 5.1 with AD. If I use my phone to access wireless without any domain information, will the phone be able to pass authentication

Forgot to mention, I am using the a username/password in the AD, but without domain information

You have to configure the wireless lan controller to reach out to the ACS for radius too.

Take a look at your appropriate version of wireless lan controller configuration guide under PEAP.
