Active Directory user unable to authenticate - WLC 7.2 . X

Dear Experts ,

we have WLC ver 7.2 .. and in my wireless network , Active Directory user are unable to connect with Wireless network . it was working before and suddenly stopped now . while local user are able to connect the network .

please advise , what needs to be check to fix this issue .

Which radius server are you using? Any logs on the radius server?

we are not using Radius server , LDAP  (one Group of Users) is integrated with WLC .

Remember the LDAP backend database supports these Local EAP methods:

EAP-FAST/GTC

EAP-TLS

PEAPv1/GTC.

Further to what kcnajaf@25070 suggested, check WLAN secuirty settings and ensure that we have a correct radius server selected. Also, get the following debugs from the WLC CLI

client mac <client-mac-address>

debug aaa events
