Does anyone know how an AP1100 detects ad-hoc networks and how to view the SSID for one either through the GUI or IOS? My WLSE reports faults for ad-hoc networks detected and I would like to identify that the SSID is being broadcast at the time at a given AP when I am not physically there with my laptop and wireless card scanning.

Ad Hoc mode deduction is supported from WLSE version 2.9, what version are you using?

Like I said, "My WLSE reports faults for ad-hoc networks detected". In other words, I already have 2.9. My question is how can I actually view this information on the AP1100 that I am guessing reports it? Before I send someone off on a witch hunt for this ad-hoc network, I want to make sure that the AP's that detected it are still seeing it being transmitted.
