Add AP1702 to Wireless LAN Controller 2500

Hello,

I have two new 1702i access points that I need to add to our Wireless LAN Controller.  Are there instructions for doing this?

Hi Rachel,

Check the Network, is it able to reach the WLC from the AP.

Check the compability Matrix for AP and WLC

This AP is the same model as all of our other ones so compatibility is not an issue.

Yes, it appears the AP is able to reach the WLC.  It is trying to download an image from the WLC but is failing.  See attached screen shot.

Additional screen shot of putty window.  With errors like this, what do I do to get the AP configured properly?  Open a support ticket with Cisco?
