I currently have a pair of CISCO AIR-CT2504-K9 V05 Wireless controllers with IOS AIR-CT2500-K9-8-0-121-0.aes. I have 9 AP's all model AIR-CAP1702i-A-K9, with IOS version 153.3(3)JA5 and Primary software Version 8.0.121.0 everything is working fine. I try to add a new one which is an AIR-CAP1702i-B-K9 with IOS image ap3g2-k9w8-mx.153-3.JA5 primary software version 8.3.102.0 and it continually tells me "downloading this version is not permitted when AP is configured to-B domain Image download aborted". Do I need to update the IOS on my controllers?
