Hi, has anyone had the chance to play with "AI-Enhanced RRM" in Cisco Catalyst Center ? What has been your experience ? We have quite a few RF profiles and wonder if the cloud-based RRM really does a good job so we can lean back and stop using our own RF profiles or if it's maybe better to wait a little while longer.
We have different high density areas with different RF requirements and invested quite some time into defining suitable RF profiles for these areas. That's why we're are a bit hesitant to stop using our self-defined RF profiles and fully trust AI-Enhanced RRM. Thanks for sharing your experience.

based on your description it seems like you have a dynamic wireless environment where user/client density changes from time to time, like a school or an airport, in this scenario AI RRM is a good idea, but you can take baby steps at a time and observe the advantages by upgrading some of your existing profiles to AI RRM.
for an existing RF profile> go to Actions and select Upgrade to AI.
start with site/area which has low impact.

Thanks very much it's good to know that AI RRM should do a fine job in dynamic environments as we indeed have one (Education).
