AIR-AP1562I-E-K9 Wifi signal problem

Hello, I ran it from the AIR-AP1562I-E-K9 Ap Dc power in port with a 48 volt adapter (other ports are empty) and waited for a while, I checked it from several devices, but there was no wifi connection, the led was blinking red. Does it need to be connected to a WLC to adjust the interface settings, or is it done through the console port how can i solve?  thanks.

Blinking red = AP is dead.  

Contact Cisco TAC and organize an RMA.

Are you sure because the first time I connect it to power the green light flashes and at the end the red light flashes (all ports are empty except the power port)

Can you console into the AP and paste the output.

If it loads properly and blinking RED at the end, it means issue with Ethernet link.

During boot if it blinks, then it can be any of the following

• Environment variable failure
• Bad MAC address
• Ethernet failure during image recovery
• Boot environment failure
• No Cisco image file
• Boot failure

The best way to find the issue is by console into the AP and capture the output.

Konsola bağlanacak bir kablom yok bu yüzden wifi bağlantısı ile arabirime giriş yapmak istiyorum ama wifi'ye bağlanmıyor, nedeni ne olabilir Ayrıca sıfırlamak istiyorum ama sıfırlanmıyor.

There is no Autonomous Mode for this AP. You need a wireless controller for the AP to broadcast SSIDs or it has to be a Mobility Express AP. 

Just getting power to the AP is not sufficient. 

AP reset: Follow the step by step process listed in the link below to factory reset the AP.

If you still can't reset the AP, may be it is dead like Leo said. Reach out to Cisco TAC for RMA.
