Got weird problem when new out of the box AP1572 joining WLC, start "downloading" and then dropping. Process repeting every 4-5 minutes. Debug below. Any ideas? Could it be bad AP?

Please paste the output of these commands:

sh sysinfo from WLC

sh version from AP

its a mesh AP so you nee dto add the mac address of the AP in wlc and then convert from bridge to local mode.

How to do it:

Before converting to bridge mode we must add the mac address of the AP in Policies list or the MAC filtering list. From Security > AAA > AP Policies, click Add.
