Reseting him using mode button not working.
I also wait some time to check if he booted with old config and any SSID showing, but ethernet LEDs blinking (AP LED not blinking, all the time is green).
Any idea how I can access to him or upload new firmware?

Seems the AP is crashed. Best case here is try to factory reset it. Some times the procedure does not work well but keep trying.

Try to unpplug the AP from power, press the buttton and hold while you re-connect the AP to power...wait 30 seconds and release the button.

check if the prompt is back.

I tried it lot of time with different times with pressing button, but without any different results. It's still freezing in the same moment.

I dont see any other way around this. It needs to get you to the AP prompt or at least to the boot prompt.

 - Take  a real long time with pressing the mode button , (1min) and also observe the console when doing so ; normally after 30 mins it would completely factory reset  and you then put an image on it using : capwap ap rommon recovery
If there is no reaction even when pressing it that long  , then the AP could be broken ,

Have you tried a different console cable?
Many console cables (which may work with routers or switches) do not work with Cisco APs.
Generally cables which use genuine FTDI chipset work well with Cisco APs but always check reviews before buying.

Reboot the AP and post the entire boot process log.

If factory reset didn't solve the issue, you need to RMA this AP. It looks like faulty AP. Reach out to support.cisco.com to initiate RMA.
