AIR-AP2802E-E-K9 not booting

Hello all,
I am using an AIR-AP2802E-E-K9 (v04, created on 01/2018) with the new firmware ME-8-10-121-0.

The AP works perfectly if it starts up after being stuck for the first time Board Init:

BootROM-1.78
Boot from SPI Flash, Safe Mode
BootROM: Verification of the public RSA key PASSED
BootROM: Checking the CSK block signature PASSED
BootROM: Checking the PASSED boot header signature
BootROM: Check the box ID PASSED
BootROM: JTAG is deactivated

General initialization version: 1.0.0
Detected device ID 6920
Master Bootloder version 1.34

Please choose one of the following boards:
1.3K
2.2K (new)
3.2K (Proto)
4. Milos
5.2KH
6.3KVE (v-sku)
7. 3KH / 3KA / 4K
8. Duplo

init >> 2

When I choose the above command for option "2" from the terminal, the AP / WLC starts normally (with both versions - ME Standalone or CAP with a WLC2504).
All other options except 2 did not work.
I also changed the command (in bootcmd = nandboot) to u-boot and flashed the AP new (from ME to CAP and back).

The AP always worked as it should, but only after selecting option 2 as described above.

So far I have not found a solution on the net.

Does anyone have the same problem or is there another way (commands) to fix this?

thank you & best regards

 - Observing this thread ; the AP may need to be RMA-ed :
