I try to configure a air-cap1602i-e-k9. I cann't get connected with the device. I think i haven't the right documatation. with putty i can connect but the loginname and password aren't correct.

 

Pleas can someone help me?

username/password (Cisco/Cisco) should work if they have default configurations.

If no success, you can reset AP to default config using mode button.

If Your access point is in CAPWAP (not autonomous) mode, by default You can't use SSH or Telnet to connect.

Do You have wireless LAN controller for CAPWAP AP to connect? If no, check this guide how to convert AP image to autonomous:
