Hello!
I need help from the community, I've been trying to reach suppliers and companies who could help with the request.
Since we do not have an active (enterprise) service contract with CISCO, we cannot download the firmware files for the AIR-CT2504-K9 controller (currently at 8.2.170.0), which is in urgent need of upgrade.
If some charitable soul can do this immense favor! I'd appreciate it.

2. Scroll down to the "Customers Without Service Contracts" section and read it carefully.
Customers who purchase directly from Cisco but do not hold a Cisco service contract and customers who make purchases through third-party vendors but are unsuccessful in obtaining fixed software through their point of sale should obtain upgrades by contacting the Cisco TAC.
Customers should have the product serial number available and be prepared to provide the URL of this advisory as evidence of entitlement to a free upgrade.
3. Email TAC -- (DO NOT CALL TAC). Provide the serial number of the WLC, the filename of the firmware you wish to download and the URL to the security bulletin.

Hello, Leo!
Thanks for the feedback.
One question: We have 40 AIR-AP1832I-Z-K9 APs, do I get the firmware in this same procedure?
Thank you.

I would say yes... follow the same procedure and see if TAC will provide that, unless you have support.

The APs download the corresponding software from the WLC. You can pre-download from the WLC before you reload the WLC or they will download on joining after the WLC is reloaded.
