AIR-CT3504-K9 Corrupted...(?)

I have the next problem, Attach an evidence log:

I tried to boot an image in my unit, but when I made a reset...that happens...

I think I´ve been corrupted the device...
Does anyone of you knows if this issue have a solution?

Btw...I know that AS_3500_OFD.8.5.1.164.man it´s a correct image because I´ve been booted before by fatload USB...but I tried to solve to boot from TFTP.
