I get the following error message at startup.
---
Error (2048) found in fsck check - attempt to repair.
---
What is the implication of the error message 106007?
Do I have no problem continuing to be left out of this error?

It means that the OS is corrupt. Contact Cisco and get the appliance RMA-ed.

This is apparently happening on some hardware versions (i.e. when other people did an RMA, it was not seen anymore). I see that currently a TAC engineer is checking with developers the root cause of the message.

Thanks for the reply.

This error message indicates a hardware defect?
When do TAC engineer and developers plan to complete the survey?

It means that at least one segment in the memory is corrupt I guess. I have no idea personally if this has impact or not.
If you want actions to be taken and more clarifications, I suggest you to open a TAC case.
