AIR-LAP1041N > AIR-AP1041N

Hello,

I have an AIR-LAP1041N. From Cisco I understand it is possible to turn this device into an AIR-AP1041N by uploading new software in the accesspoint.

Can anyone help me downloading the correct software and give a short guide to do it.

Cisco want's to sell a smartnet contract, but that we do not need...

Thanks for your response.

I'm not able to download the image. It indictes that I don't have a valid ... contract.

Can you help me with this? Maybe download and share it using dropbox or something like this.

Also mail to arend@couperus.nl would be ok.

Hi,

If  the device is under warranty then you have everysingle right to open up a TAC case and we will publsish  the image to you.. apart from that i cannot download and send the file and its against the policies..

The device is under warranty.

I called our distributor, Cisco by telephone and chat (Richard en Quentin). Nobody pointed me at the TAC possibility.

Can you please tell me where to start the TAC. Link to entrypoint?
