AIR-SAP1602I-E-K9 can't display CLI after reset factory

hi guy

i've reset factory AP 1602I and it couldn't dislay CLI.

console screen displays as below:

help me!

i setted as below: 

baud rate: 9600

data bits: 8

parity:  None

stop bits: 1

How about Flow Control?  It should be OFF.

i haven't ping IP default of AP (10.0.0.1/24), too

my console cable is not unplug
