The software is not anymore available for download, but google might help you finding it. In the release notes section you should find information about the last released version (I think 7.0.252.0 from memory).
Regardless, what is not working? And which version is installed now?
Please note, you will hit several certificate issues which aren't anymore working after 10 years. There are some field notices and workarounds for this available.
