I just boght two AIRONET 1200 and antenas. I would like to configure them to transfer information betwen them in Radio interface 54Mbps, and they also need to be conected in a wired lan. I've tried everithing, read all de manuals from cisco web site. I dont know if that is possible. Its like a point to point configuration in other radios..

I am not sure I understand what you want to do.
Do you want to perform bridging that is from a hard wired LAN -> AP1200 -> radio -> radio -> AP1200 -> LAN?
Or do you want to have them serve as a repeater wired LAN -> AP1200 -> radio -> radio -> AP1200 -> radio (no LAN on the repeater?
The repeater setup extends the range of your wireless network the bridging setup extends your wired LAN.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Ap1200 will not perform bridging with current software. They can extend the wireless network range. We us the ap1300 for bridging.
Have a good day
