Aironet-1562i-outdoor-access-point is not powering ON

Hi,

We have installed Aironet-1562i-outdoor-access-point one of my project, While installation it was getting power from the 4506-E Switch and it was registered with Wireless LAN Controller, but now the Access point is not getting power from the switch, connectivity is okay. what could be the reason??

- When you say connectivity is ok , that can mean anything , including the reverse ; can you try the connection with another AP and or POE-compatible device ?

This is not helpful.

How could "connectivity is okay" but the AP is not getting any power?

Hi Arjun,

is this resolved? Were you able to rectifiy the poe issue for access point? Was it cable problem or less poe or access point interface issue?
