I have an Aironet 1602i Access Point , I reset it to factory default and configured WIFI.

After setup, I can see SSID but I cant connect to the Access Point.

I tried remove security password, but still cannot make any WIFI connections to the Access Point.

May I please know if i have done the wrong settings?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYONE'S KIND ASSISTANCE

Thank you so much for your help!

MUST RATE!!

Thanks, one suggestion for the next time, mark all the text in putty and paste it here, instead of screenshots ;)
Regarding your wireless issue:
1. Don't use WEP! Only WPA2 with AES, not TKIP.
2. Don't use VLAN1 if possible
See here for some configuration examples:

Make sure you have also configured the switch correctly (if using a different VLAN than 1).
