Is that with https ?
Have you tried with http ?

Hi Rudling,
No. it doesn't work. actually before I sent to the customer, the customer requested it to convert from lightweight to ME. After I finished converted it, it's runs fine with the ME image and I already tested after using web page. so I'm not sure what is the workaround for this issue.
Thanks,
hafiz

But you did not actually answer my questions:
Did you see the problem with https?
Did you try it with http?
AireOS struggles to handle https traffic when under load (except with 5520/8540 hardware + new code which had major improvements) so it might have worked fine when you tested it but not when it's handling customer load.
If you're seeing it even with http and you've already proved it works fine for you then must be a client side problem (assuming AP is not under very heavy load).
Things to look at:
- packet loss between client and AP
- browser type and version
- firewall and/or antivirus/antimalware blocking some components in the pages
- presume you have tried the obvious - clear cache/cookies/history and open browser private session

Hi,
I've done remote for them today for a checking, but nothing can be solve. the issue is raise on when using HTTP and HTTPS. both HTTP/HTTPS is having issue. The browser is updated version like requirements in Cisco portal. The weird things is, sometimes the browser is working fine after refreshed, sometimes is not OK (in HTTP/HTTPS) means its not stable when access through ME web page. firewall already turned off and no antivirus was installed.
