Dear all,
I have a network with about 20 access points series 1850 managed with a virtual wireless lan
controller, Mobility express version 8.10.196.
One of these access points after a reset stopped working.
I connected a console cable and I saw that a reboot is constantly performed.
The file is attached.
Is it a software or hardware problem?
Thank you !
Best Regars

- @enrico.becchetti Getting broken can always happen , you may also for instance try a full power cycle of the AP
as an action of last hope. The ability to RMA may depend on support contracts available (or not) for the
particular AP model.

hi @marce1000
if you still have some time for me I wanted to tell you that a few days ago I had the same problem with another AP 1852. After having done a conversion between CAPWAP and Mobility Express it started to restart continuously and is no longer operational. I read an article that talks about an AP 1852 that restarts continuously. I can't find the link. In this article it was written that one cause was the start with the radio interfaces active. Does it make sense? And how can I start it without the radio active?
Thanks
