Aironet 350 Wireless bridges..2 x Yagi or 1 x Omidirection antenna

I`ve set up three Bridges in a line, the two on the outside each have a yagi pointing to the middle bridge. The middle bridge has a 2 x yagi`s pointing out in each direction on the two ports. I am getting a bandwidth drop to 1Mb when transporting lots of data across the link. My question is should I rather be using one port and an Omnidirectional antenna in the middle?

Yes, you should use one port and an omni. We made this mistake at first. The 2 ports aren't made for signal splitting, and trying to use them like that will cause you problems.
