Aironet 3800s not operational on WLC 5508

Dear Experts,

We are trying to deploy new Aironet 3800 APs to our wireless network without any success. Although they succesfully join the controller, all radios are down. The existing APs (3600, 3700 and 1142s) are all working fine without any trouble.

We have WLC 5508 controller running 8.3.143 software. Could anyone tell how to troubleshoot this issue?

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. WLC: sh time;
3. AP: sh version; and
4. AP: sh ip interface brief

 - Log on to the AP just after a cold boot and issue the command show logging - watch for errors.
