Can I convert Unified mode to Autonomous mode in the first boot time only?
I hope that I can convert in any boot time, if there is still no conversion.
And can I revert to Unified mode from autonomous image or lightweight image ?

In fact, is the "capwap ap autonomous" command one-time-only  ?

That command is indeed a one time command. Once the AP joins a controller or is setup as autonomous, the command will no longer be valid. The other methods of converting an access point will need to be used. Hope this helps.
