alarms in the controller APF-1-ADD_TO_BLACKLIST_FAILED

Hello everybody

I have alarms in the controller, and client can not connect whit wlan.

Somebody have similar problems?

which WLC and which SW version you are running ?

Can you upgrade the sw version on WLC to 7.6.130.0 or 8.0.120.0 and try again to reproduce this issue.

If this issue persist after upgrade then Raise a TAC case with Cisco.

You mentioned black list in the title. Is the client blacklisted ? Have you done a client debug. What is the pem state of the client

 hi George,

it is in the mesage logs,

because now users are not able to connect to any wlan( i have two wlan), the wlans it up, the broadcast SSID is enabled, but not broadcast.

which WLC and which SW version you are running ?

my controller  is  model AIR-CTVM-K9, and version 7.6(120) 

Can you upgrade the sw version on WLC to 7.6.130.0 or 8.0.120.0 and try again to reproduce this issue.

If this issue persist after upgrade then Raise a TAC case with Cisco.
