I have a WLAN configured and in the radio policy section, I am getting the message "although enabled, the WLAN is not operational on 6GHZ Radios due to one or more missing required configuration (WPA2 disabled, WPA3 and Dot 11ax enabled) (see the attached screenshot). Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

- Have a checkup of particular 9800 controller's configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer ; I presume you will get more elaborated and informative feedback from WirelessAnalyzer.

To enable WiFi 6E, your WLAN should be configured with WPA3 & PMF. Refer the following Layer 2 & 3 security WiFi 6E configuration options and make necessary config changes to your WLAN.
Also, make sure your WLC is at Cisco recommended code to avoid any issues/bugs.

What model of APs do you have?

C9120AXI-B

9120 supports WiFi 6 (aka 802.11ax) but does not support 6 Ghz.
The 6 Ghz portfolio are the 9136, 916x family of APs.
But before jumping into the 6 Ghz bandwagon, ask yourself this: Do you currently have a 6 Ghz-only capable wireless client?

C9120 does not support 6Ghz, only 2.4 and 5Ghz.
