antenna connected to 1841w for directional outdoor wireless usage?

I want to extend my wireless network out onto my rural property as far as 500ft from the house where the 1841w sits.  Is there an antenna that I can connect to the onboard antenna ports that will allow for me to do this?  Hoping to keep the current antenna in place for the home connections and then wire up the external antenna and connect it to the second of the two build in ports.

No there isn't. The two ports on the 1841W are both for the onboard AP, and you shouldn't use different antenna like that.

You would need to get an AP and configure it for infrastructure-ssid to bridge to the router to extend the signal if you don't have ethernet out there.
