I'm trying to test a bug and am wondering if anyone has a Cisco 8500 Wireless LAN Controller running IOS 8.2(166.0) they can test something on for me.

No but if you're still using 8.2.166.0 I'd recommend getting away from it. It's deferred and therefore unsupported https://www.cisco.com/web/software/DefTracker/280775080/DT/ac106511.html
If you absolutelu must stay on 8.2 for some reason then 8.2.170.0 https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286284728/type/280926587/release/8.2.170.0
otherwise depending on what APs you need to support get onto at least 8.5.161.0

I'm quite aware. As stated, I'm testing a bug and hoping to find someone still running this IOS. (Perhaps in a test environment, etc.) I don't even own an 8500 myself or I wouldn't even be asking.
