I have a 1220B Access Point and do not know what the default login is, or how to set back to factory defaults.
Any help \ suggestions would be appreciated.

Default login for the IOS-based APs is User:"cisco", Password"Cisco" (note - all lower case username, initial cap for the password (Cisco, not cisco or CISCO) don't use the quotes).
Press & hold the little button at the top while powercycling the ap - continue to hold the button for at least 20 seconds. to reset it.
Good Luck

thanks for the reply, I have already tried this username and password, also I have tried holding down the mode button while power cycling the unit, the unit just continues to boot untill I get the "(Auto APply On) ^R, =,
The unit has a bootstrap ver 1.00 and also OS ver 11.56, I have also tried to enter the "resetall" command during bootup, but the system seems to ignore any input and just ends up at the login prompt. ie "please enter username: (0)
Any help would be appreciated.
