AP 1250 does not work

We have a controller AIR-WLC2112-K9 and AP AIR-LAP1252AG-N-K9, and one AP does not work, send this combination:

Amber (ethernet)      OFF (status)     Green (radio)

I serch in Troubleshooting 1250 Series Lightweight Access Points, and this combination does not appear.

when trying to connect through the console port I get nothing, anyone know how to solve this error?

Did you check your terminal settings? Does it work with any other device console output?

The terminal setting:

Bits/sec     9600

Bits/data    8

parity          None

stop bits     1   

flow control  nove  

When connect other device console port work fine.
