AP 1602E LWAPP registration issues

Hello Everybody

I have an Issue with vWLC 8.3 and AP 1602E registration, it gave me the output, is it certificate issue and what shall I do to solve it ?

*Jan 11 11:44:44.000: %CAPWAP-5-DTLSREQSEND: DTLS connection request sent peer_ip: 10.14.200.100 peer_port: 5246
*Jan 11 11:45:13.999: DTLS_CLIENT_ERROR: ../capwap/base_capwap/dtls/base_capwap_dtls_connection_db.c:2214 Max retransmission count reached for Connection 0x7E2528C!

*Jan 11 11:45:43.999: %DTLS-5-SEND_ALERT: Send FATAL : Close notify Alert to 10.14.200.100:5246
*Jan 11 11:45:44.067: AP has SHA2 MIC certificate - Using SHA2 MIC certificate for DTLS.

tried your solution, Radio Slot# 1 is up now but I can't see the broadcasted SSID
