AP 1700 can't register to the WLC

we have WLC (catalyst 3850) which we try to register access-point 1702i  but unfortunately they join and leave every now and then. we have the latest image for WLC and the AP's yet they can't register. please help if anyone have clue of this.

Hi,

Your AP is with Europe Regulatory domain(1702I-E) and WLC is configured for USA country code.

So its a clear case of domain mismatch and AP will not join to WLC.

thanks Sandeep, indeed that was a case. they are now registering after changing country configured reflecting to east Africa (Kenya).
